What is BioThane®?

BioThane® is a coated webbing used for horse tack because it is waterproof, easy to clean and suitable for regular use in changing weather conditions. LS Equestrian uses premium Beta® BioThane® across much of the Limitless Stride® range.

Is BioThane® suitable for endurance and distance riding?

Yes. Its waterproof, easy-care finish makes BioThane® a practical choice for endurance and distance riders, particularly where tack may be exposed to sweat, rain, mud and repeated cleaning. LS Equestrian offers several designs developed with distance riding in mind, including the LS Deux and LS Enduro ranges.

What is a two-part endurance bridle?

A two-part bridle allows the halter to remain on the horse while a separate headstall and bit section are removed. The LS Deux uses this system, making transitions between riding, vet checks, rest stops and handling straightforward without removing the full bridle.

What is the difference between the LS Deux and LS Enduro?

The LS Deux is a two-part system with a separate removable headstall and bit section while the halter remains on the horse. The LS Enduro uses removable bit hangers on the bridle. Both offer practical options for endurance, distance, trail and everyday riding, but the way the bit is removed is different.

Can LS Equestrian bridles be made to measure?

Many LS Equestrian products offer custom sizing or made-to-measure options. Use the Measurement Guides and Sizing Charts before ordering, or contact us if your horse falls outside standard measurements.

What sizes are available?

Sizes vary by product and can include Cat A, Cat B and Cat C Mini, Small Pony or Shetland, Pony, Arab or Cob, Full and Extra Full. Custom sizing is available on selected products.

Do you make reflective BioThane® tack?

How do I clean BioThane® tack?
